3. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
- You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.
Continued usage constitutes ongoing acceptance.
4. Description of Services

- RCS-based business messaging

5. Eligibility

All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Taxes, including GST, shall be borne by the User as applicable under Indian law.
9. Subscription Renewal & Termination
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate services for non-payment
- Terminate accounts for policy violations
- Discontinue services with reasonable notice
Upon termination, access to services and data may be restricted.
10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS
Users acknowledge that:
- WhatsApp and RCS are third-party platforms
- Message delivery depends on recipient consent and platform approval
- Template approvals are subject to Meta and telecom operator review
We are not responsible for platform rejections or delivery delays caused by third parties.
11. Message Delivery & Compliance Policy
Users must ensure:
- Explicit opt-in from message recipients
- Compliance with TRAI, IT Act, 2000, and applicable DLT regulations
- Proper usage of approved message templates
We reserve the right to audit message content for compliance.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, software, systems, and content owned by Geetanjali Varun Pathrikar remain our exclusive property. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, technical, and business information shared during service engagement, unless required by law.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services and disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted under Indian law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Geetanjali Varun Pathrikar shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Platform outages or third-party failures
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the preceding three months.
16. Indemnification

- Misuse of services
17. Governing Law (India)
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
